Storage Bucket offers a complimentary 24 hours of FREE operating time for each cloud instance. This gives our customers a chance to configure their computing environment free-of-charge and avoid being billed for time not actually conducting business. Once the 24 hour period has elapsed, you'll automatically be billed at our standard hourly rate.
You can keep track of your usage records through the cloud instance control panel:
We automatically bill you based on your usage records around the 25th of each month. You'll receive an invoice allocated to your customer account.
To avoid being billed a higher rate for having your cloud instance running, you can opt to shut it down and save on hourly charges. Keep in mind that you are still billed per hour, but at a much lower rate.
If you would like your cloud instance resources to be adjusted, please log a support ticket with our technical team, or deploy a new cloud instance with your desired configuration.
